The Day

Sunday, August 8, 2027

We are celebrating at Paradise Banquet & Convention Centre in Concord, just north of Toronto, from 5:00 PM until 1:00 AM. The ceremony is outdoors and the reception moves inside.

Ceremony

Outdoors

We will say our vows outside in the gardens. There are grassy and dirt areas, so block heels or sandals are a better bet than stilettos.

Reception

Indoors

Dinner, toasts, and dancing follow inside the banquet centre. Free parking is available at the front and back of the venue.

Dress Code

Formal attire

Think suits, gowns, and cocktail dresses. Summer evenings in Vaughan are warm, so light layers are a good idea for the outdoor ceremony.

Travel

Getting here

Getting in

Fly into Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). The venue is in Concord, in the City of Vaughan, roughly half an hour north of the airport depending on traffic.

Getting around

There are plenty of ways to get to Vaughan. You will find lots of car rental options at the airport, and Uber is pretty affordable. If you are driving, leave lots of extra time on the big day to account for traffic and construction.

Hotel transportation

If you need a ride from your hotel to the venue, transportation leaves around 4:00 PM on the day. Please contact Paul, father of the bride, at 519-217-4933 to arrange a seat.

High season

Summer is high season in Toronto. Please make your flight, car, and hotel arrangements as early as possible for the best rates and availability.

What is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by July 15, 2027 so that we can get an accurate headcount. You can reply right here on the site.

Plus ones are by invitation only. If your invitation includes a guest, there will be room to add their name when you RSVP.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding a primarily adults only event.

There is plenty of free parking at the front and back of the venue.

What should I wear?

The dress code is formal attire.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. There are plenty of grassy and dirt areas during the ceremony, so opt for block heels or sandals instead of stilettos.

Is it okay to take pictures during the wedding?

Yes! Feel free to snap away with your phones and cameras, but remember there will be a photographer on site.

Who should I contact if I have questions?

Call or text us at 416-826-9078, or send us a note in the message box when you RSVP and we will get back to you.
